L'appartamento è pienamente conforme a quanto riportato nella descrizione, ha una bella vista sulla laguna ed è ben attrezzato. E' di facile accesso dalla strada ed ha un comodo parcheggio interno al territorio del residence in cui si trova. E' disposto nella seconda schiera di case sul fianco della collina e vi si accede percorrendo una rampa di scale. Unica pecca per noi è stata la pulizia iniziale, un po' approssimativa.
