See the personal website of the owner" The area offers a tranquil, but never boring, stay, in every season. The mild climate, the purity of the air, the accommodation facilities and the hospitality of the people are good reasons to visit Minturno for all tourists. The beach is one of the most popular in all Latium for its blue and calm, and for its many seaside resorts. On Scauri coast there is a modern dock, able to host a few ships, and where sea sports fans can find safety, assistance and friendliness. Other harbours are on the right side of the Garigliano river. Mother Nature hasn't forgotten anything in order to make this town and its territory so beautiful and comfortable: majestic mountains for hikers; a regional park (Riviera d'Ulisse) with lots of important environmental features; lots of camping grounds; and the spa at a short distance (Suio Terme), appreciated and frequented also by the Romans (the Roman Archeological site) Nearby Scauri you can reach Gaeta, the largest city of the area that gives name to the Gulf (15 minutes); the magic of Sperlonga, the white town above the sea (25 minutes); the world famous abbey of Monte Cassino (30 minutes); the World Heritage Site Reggia (royal palace of) di Caserta (30 min.) The cuisine is at the highest level ranging from fresh seafood to vegetarian meals. In Scauri the most appreciated thing by tourists is the sea side, with the 5 kms promenade within two hills. "

The villa, LivingApple Beach is located in Marina of Minturno, close to the archaeological site of Minturno, in a very quiet area, away from the noise and just 200 meters from the sea. The location is ideal to visit Rome and Naples. Easy to reach from the main highway, A1. Minturno is situated in the most southern parth of Latina province, at about 80 Km from Naples and 150 from Rome. Its territory is bounded by Tirrenian sea, on the South-West, by the river Garigliano (which is the boundary betwenn the regions Latium and Campania) on the South, and by another valley nearby the Aurunci Mountains on the North. Minturno has ancient origins, aurunche and Roman. The current “Comprensorio Archeologico Romano di Minturnae”, with the Theatre, represents the proof of the roman ancient village, with the temple, the republican Hole, the imperial Hole, tabernae, the macellum and the Antiquarium. In the Minturno medieval center stand out for traditions and history the baronial Castle, the churches of S.Pietro, the SS. Annunziata and of San Francesco, and the use still not completely abandoned, from the older women, who wear the custom of the “pacchiana".In the area:
