detached house seaside,pool,lake in a woinderful exotic garden with horses,ponies,animals

Great property, just like the photos. We found the hospitality to be excellent, but sensitive to our needs and moods. We felt included in a French way of life. The owner has horses onsite, and riding is available; which I'm sure delights children. Also canoeing and wind surfing is available locally.

"Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, die Einrichtung zweckmäßig und liebevoll arrangiert, das dazu gehörige Gartengrundstück ist zauberhaft. Herr und Frau L. sind sehr nette und interessante Leute. Ein kleiner Störfaktor für den Aufenthalt in Mimizan ist die nahe gelegene Papierfabrik, deren Emissionen in unregelmäßigen Zeitabständen - abhängig von der Windrichtung - die frische Seeluft beeinträchtigen. Bei uns überwiegen aber eindeutig die sehr positiven Eindrücke."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location au cadre calme, verdoyant et fleuri où la présence des animaux assure un dépaysement total. La piscine est superbe et les propriétaires sont extrêmement accueillants : à la fois disponibles et discrets. Le prêt de vélos sur place est un + non négligeable qui permet de se déplacer dans les belles forêts landaises et au bord de mer. Bref, à conseiller vivement ! "

"Endroit idéal pour qui recherche une location avec un véritable cachet, du charme et un bel environnement naturel. La présence d'animaux, notamment des chevaux, enchante les enfants - et les grands. La possibilité de profiter d'un grand et beau jardin arboré particulièrement soigné (avec une belle piscine) est vraiment très très agréable. Enfin, les propriétaires sont fort sympathiques et très conviviaux."
