And in the evening,after shopping in beautiful boutiques of the center,enjoy the elegance of the restaurant IL CAMINETTO(very expensive) or the simplicity of the tavern AI PESCATORI, on the dock(very cheap). If you have children,you can bike with them in the refreshing pinewood or take them to the wonderful PARK OF MIRABILANDIA(20 minutes by car). "

"Eine sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung in angenehmer Wohnumgebung. Fußläufig zum Zentrum und zum Strand mit guten Radfahrmöglichkeiten. Viel Platz und gut heizbar (waren im Herbst dort). Etwa 20 Minuten bis Ravenna mit dem Auto. Der Ort ist sehr edel und scheint angesichts der Läden mehr für die finanzielle Oberschicht gedacht.Essen ist deutlich teurer als in den Nachbarstädten."

"L''appartamento è veramente grande,ideale per due famiglie con bambini.La cucina è ben attrezzata; buona anche la fornitura di articoli per la pulizia e igiene.Al nostro arrivo,l''appartamento era ben pulito e riscaldato.Esso si trova in un ottimo contesto,essendo immerso nella pineta e vicinissimo al parco pubblico e al centro di Milano M.Gradevole anche il giardino privato di cui l''appartamento dispone.Infine si può dire che tutto corrisponde alla descrizione.L''unica nota "negativa"è data dall''impossibilità di usufruire del garage,momentaneamente(presumo) usato come magazzino data la bassa stagione. Un plauso particolare per la Sig.ra Itala (vicina di casa)la cui gentilezza,disponibilità e professionalità sono veramente uniche."

"Tutto perfetto e rispondente alla descrizione. L''appartamento si adatta benissimo a tre famiglie che avranno i loro spazi e la loro riservatezza; fondamentale la presenza di 3 bagni. Unico neo il piano interrato risulta essere molto umido...ma con il deumidificatore già fornito dai proprietari si risolve il problema in mezza giornata. Rapporto qualità/prezzo più che ottimo."

"alloggio confortevole ben attrezzato salvo le bicilette praticamente da sostituire, pulizia ottima,comodo i quanto vicino al centro e alle spiaggie. L''area notte è ben divisa dalla zona giorno. terrazzi e giardini spaziosi.Nella descrizione sembrerebbero indicati due livelli, ma in realtà e un piano solo in quanto la quarta camera da letto è situata nell''interrato vicino al garage ed inutilizzabile in quanto troppo umida"
