" Restored house in a very small and ancient hamlet, Migliano, (there aren't any bars or shops) on the top of a hill (350 m a.s.l) surrounded by large woods, halfway between Lucca (19 km) and the beaches of Viareggio et Versilia. 3 km from a grocery shop, 9 km Camaiore (all kinds of shops), 40 km Pisa, 100 km Florence. Pretty and broad view of the surrounding hills with a glimpse that stretches out as far as the sea. Peace and quiet. Small, equipped, panoramic and enclosed meadow. The house can not be accessed by cars, parking on the road 100 m away. Departing from Migliano, there is the possibility to take beautiful walks in footpaths marked, in the surrounding hills.
