Means of access How to get in Middelie?
• From the direction Amersfoort / Utrecht (A1 en A2):
Near Amsterdam you take the circular road A10-east (=oost) through the Zeeburgertunnel. Swing off/branch off Volendam, then turn right direction Volendam. Continue straight on following the N247 . After 18 km you are approaching Edam. In Edam you turn left (don't turn left to the N244). After about 100 m parallel to the N247, after the bridge you turn left again direction Purmerend. After 150 m. before the bridge you turn right direction Middelie. You continue until you reach the village, then you turn left (where on your right hand there is a garage). After about 500 m. after a slight turn you find at your right hand our house at Axwijk 7.

• From the direction Den Haag/Rotterdam/Schiphol (A4):
Near Amsterdam you take the circular A10- west. Immediately after the Coentunnel you follow the direction Zaandam / Purmerend (A7 – A8). Near Purmerend swing off/branch Purmerend-Noord, then turn right and follow the N244 direction Volendam. After 2/3 km at the second traffic lights, you turn left. After 400 m, in Kwadijk, right. After the railway, before the bridge, you turn left, After 1,5 km. you find at your left our house, Axwijk 7.

Through the IJ-tunnel. After about 4 km at traffic lights you continue, taking the N247 direction Volendam. Follow the N247 for about 18 km till Edam. In Edam turn left (don’ t take the N244 at your left), After about 100 m parallel to the N247, after the bridge you turn left again direction Purmerend. After 150 m. before the bridge you turn right direction Middelie. You continue until you reach the village, then you turn left (where on your right hand there is a garage). After about 500 m. after a slight turn you find at your right hand our house at Axwijk 7.

• From the north of North Holland (Afsluitdijk, Friesland) :
Follow the A7 from the Afsluitdijk till Hoorn. Take the exit Volendam. Follow the N247 until 3km south from Oosthuizen. Turn right direction Middelie. At the end left, then follow the village road about 1,5 until three-forkes road. Turn right and after about 500 m, after a slight turn, you find at your right hand our house at Axwijk 7.
