"très joli studio très bien situé! quartier très calme aucun problème pour s y ballader le soir, même tard! logement équipé de l essentiel(il y a la clim), bémol pour les rideaux il est vrai qu ils laissent passer toute la lumière le matin... mais sinon rien à dire."

"Petit studio localisé à 4 blocs des rues principales de Miami Beach. Location trés propre et idéale niveau qualité/prix. Petit hic : Pas de rideau opaque qui permettent de prolonger les nuits!"

"Appartement très propre, bien équipé et bien situé (près de tout les services et 10 min à pied de la plage). Propriétaire présent et accomodant. La ville interdit le stationnement, en semaine, la nuit ce qui peut causer problème. Je recommande fortement ce logement pour apprécier south beach à sa juste valeur !"
