"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und trotzdem, dass sie sehr zentral ist, ruhig. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter, erreichbar in ca. 2-5 Minuten zu Fuss. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht ist aufgrund des grossen Gebäudes gegenüber nicht besonders toll. Dieses Gebäude isoliert jedoch gut vor dem Lärm der Washington Avenue und deshalb emphand ich dies nicht als störend. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sogar DVD''s, Informationen zu Touristenausflügen, Zeitschriften, Bücher,.... waren vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: nur wenige Meter entfernht befindet sich ein seven11, Bäckerei, Souvenirshops... Die Collins Avenue und Lincoln Avenue sind ebenfalls zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zusammengefasst: Alles perfekt, ich empfehle das Appartement zu 100% weiter. Ich gebe 6 von 5 Sterne ;)"

"Appartement très sympa (espace, aménagement, décoration), la terrasse est un vrai plus dans ce quartier. L''emplacement est idéal, les propriétaires accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons passé un super séjour, la seule difficulté fut de repartir..."
