" The apartment is located in Drexel Ave, the first residential street from the beach (2 blocks, a 5 minutes walk). The exact address is 1236 Drexel Ave., between 12th and 13th St. This exceptional location offers both quietness (there are only small residential buildings) and entertainment just one block away: restaurants, shops, cafes etc. located on Washington, Collins and Ocean Drive, and very close to Española way and Lincoln Road. The apartment is part of a very nice authentic Art Deco renovated townhouse, very comfortable, with a lot of charm. There is a lightened tropical garden on the front, a deck and a tropical patio on the back with tables and chairs where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The rooms have direct view on the front garden (living room) or patio (bedroom). It is very comfortable, beautifully decorated with design furniture. One bedroom has a double bed, one bedroom has two twin beds plus a third twin bed that slides from under one of the two beds). There are two sofa beds in the living room. For your convenience, beds are prepared for your arrival so you don't have to do it after a long trip. You will find everything you need (beach towels, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, iron, even a hairdryer); just bring your toothbrush. "

"Slap-bang in the middle of Miami Beach, a few minutes walk from white sand and turquoise sea, with plenty of room for us all - two adults and our three kids aged 12-19. Very tidy and clean, with a good-sized modern shower room and well-equipped kitchen. Pleasant, friendly, neighbours who care about the buildings and look after the pretty tropical gardens, shared by the apartments in the small block. Helpful owner who communicated promptly, and gave good suggestions for places to go and things to do. A lovely quiet neighbourhood, but close to the throb and hum of Ocean Drive, bars, shops and restaurants: we hired a car for trips to the Everglades and the Keys, but you could happily just walk around the neighbourhood for a week. Not a luxury pad, and a little rough round the edges in places (though not the important ones like bathroom and kitchen), but actually that made it a good homey place to stay, comfortable and relaxing. We'd go back, ideally tomorrow!"

"Nous avons passé 10 jours à Miami dans cet appartement. Sa situation est idéale : proche de toutes les activités et de la plage, dans un quartier calme. "Location très bien placée, juste assez loin de la vie nocturne pour pouvoir dormir la nuit et en même temps très proche puisque ce n''était qu''à quelques pas de la plage. Le propriétaire est adorable, la location est très confortable. Nous recommandons cette location et ne manquerons pas de faire appel au propriétaire qui a été très disponible et arrangeant. Un plaisir."
