Only 1.5 kms from charming seaside village of Methoni and Finikounda. You can enjoy al-fresco dining on a shaded veranda, perhaps cooked on the barbecue, whilst gazing down onto the azure waters of the Mediterranean. Laze in a hammock in the gardens or by the pool. Enjoy a walk in nature. Take advantage of the many local tavernas serving tasty original Greek food.We welcome you with a hamper of our organic produce including our extra virgin olive oil, olives, our fresh free range eggs, home baked bread, jam, cooled mineral water and a cold beer. Our produce of seasonal vegetables, olive oil, olives, marmalade and fresh eggs are available on request as is a Mediterranean style evening meal served around the pool. Only 800m to some of the countries finest clean, child friendly and uncrowded sandy beaches with clear sea. The house is ideally located for local excursions to archeological sites, fishing villages, lagoons, waterfalls and many other attractions for all the family in a truly beautiful area. Our 2 acre site incorporates various aspects of eco and agritourism. We rear chickens, for their delicious free range organic eggs and have a developing organic vegetable and fruit garden using permaculture methods. All our seasonal produce is provided in the welcome pack to sample. The owners live in a separate house on adjoining land. "

Only 45 minutes from local airport (Kalamata). It has an impressive castle to explore and some of the countries finest, uncrowded, gently sloping, sandy beaches with crystal clear sea. Many tasty local tavenas with friendly and welcoming, relaxed atmosphere . Pylos, Koroni and Finikounda picturesque original and unspoilt Greek towns/villages nearby. Kalamata a bustling cosmopolitan town with many attractions including piazzas, restaurants, cafes, and chic shops.The area is abound in Olive trees with a green, lush landscape. Beautiful scenery, against the backdrop of the hills and mountains. Voidakilla a stunning lagoon/bay and nature reserve/bird watching only 20 minutes away.The South Western Peloponnese has a great all year climate for holidays. Warm Springs from March/April with carpets of wild flowers. Summers with refreshing mild sea breezes to take the edge off the summer sun. Spring like long lasting Autumns great for walking from mid September through to late November. An area of diversity and natural beauty for all ages to enjoy. There are various spots along the extensive coastline for water sports activities. Fishing is a popular past time and many shops have tackle and bait. "Very quiet and peaceful location easy to access with plenty of nice sandy beaches around ideal for young kids. It is the ideal base for day trips along the coastal line or within the country. We spent 2 weeks at the Seabreeze Villa and enjoy every single moment. The sea views from the pool are fantastic!"

"La maison est très propre et située dans un havre de paix. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. C''est un grand plaisir de se baigner dans la piscine avec les cigales chantant aux alentours. L''accès aux maisons et à l''oliveraie est aisé. Les plages sont belles, et peu peuplées. Les visites des sites historiques de Messène, d''Olympie et du Palais de Nestor agrémentent le séjour. La baignade dans des chutes d''eau douce vous font revivre les temps merveilleux de la Grèce mythique. L''accueil fourni par Simon et Idi est chaleureux et discret."

"Remarquable location, idéalement située pour qui veut se retrouver en pleine nature, avec vue sur la mer à 400 mètres. Les deux maisons sont assez éloignées l'une de l'autre, la piscine est à partager mais vous y serez le plus souvent seuls, d'autant que de jolies balades et de belles plages de sables dans les environs pourraient vous inciter à ne pas trop y lézarder. Les propriétaires qui habitent dans l'oliveraie sont sympathiques et très discrets, la chambre en pierres apparentes est charmante. En bref, vous serez ravis de vos vacances."

"Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. La maison est située dans un champs d''oliviers loin de la route. L''autre location est suffisamment éloignée et le partage de la piscine se fait en bonne intelligence. De très belles plages à proximité. La visite du château de Methoni est très agréable. Celle de Pylos (11 Kms) et la baie à proximité sont superbes. Le site de l''ancienne Messene est à ne pas manquer surtout si l''on a pas le temps de visiter Olympie. Simon et son épouse sont des gens très agréables et discrets. A ne pas manquer leur huile d''olives pour prolonger ses vacances à son retour."
