"Nice, silent place owned by very friendly, English fluent man. Ideal to stay for families with children who want to visit Venezia. You can reach Venezia in 20 minutes by bus. Local shops of wine/ham and bakery are usefull to jump into local lifestream."

The appartment is a great place, which we would recommend to everybody. The location (only 20 minutes to Venice by bus) is just wonderful."

"A most charming villa in a quiet place. Easy access to everything one might need - shops, restaurants, transport to Venice (busses are frequent, inexpensive; the trip takes a mere quarter of an hour). Unlike Venice itself - all stone and water, Mestre is all green and blooming. A relief after the noise and crowds of the city. We were arriving and leaving in a rather uncomfortable hour (late evening and early morning), but the host - Mr. Claudio Baldo - kindly gave us a ride, which saved us the stress. He also gave all those useful tips as to where to go, how to reach, etc. Summing up - the best possible accommodation and the best possible host. We have never wished to return to a place of visit, but this must be an exception - I would like to come back exactly there."

"I must say that Claudio is the best host we have during the trip in Europe! He picked us up at the airport late night and then really early in the morning again for my boyfriend's sister, which I'm very grateful for! And he gave us all of the information needed, and you feel that he is passionate about the city and people, not just that he has to do so. And the location is really convenient even it's not in the main island, the bus stop is like 5mins away, and another 15mins bus ride you get to the main island. Plus the surrounding is a very comfy residential area, where you can get away from the busy touristic venice, and enjoy pizza in the neighborhood. I have stayed in the main island last time I was in Venice, and I think it's better to stay here!"
