"Excellent location, 20 m from bus stop to Venice and close to shops and cafés. Everything was perfect and Stefano was very welcoming. Perfect for a family of 4."

Stefano was a great host. Very helpful and made us feel at home immediately. The place is nice, very warm in winter; well located to visit Venice and you can park one car (if in a tight spot). We really enjoyed our stay there, but on the negative side, the flat could have been cleaner (it wasn't bad but wasn't spotless either). We also missed a WiFi connection (these days critical for travel) and would have loved a washer machine. Still, very, very good value for money. I guess the owners helpfulness outweighs any negative points. Would recommend the place!

"We liked this appartment. It's big enough, clean and well equipped. The place is very quiet, the bus to Venice stops near. At the evening we walked at the park and have watched the ducks, swans and other birds at the pond not far from the appartment- the baby was glad. On the way to supermarket (may be 200-300 meters) we have found a nice playground for baby. The place is very convenient for accomodation with baby, also there was some toys for playing. The owners are very friendly. Stefano helped us with booking airtickets and then drove us to Treviso airport at 6 am. The all was great."

"We will come back next time for sure. Very large and clean, you will find there anything you need. Situated in a very quiet part of Mestre, is very convenient to visit Venice, there are buses at every 10 min ( it takes 15-20 min to Venice ). The owners are really nice!"

Nice apartment in a quiet place, easy access to Venice by bus, very helpful owner. We were completely satisfied.
