"Superbly located - close to the sea, a bus stop, local supermarket and about 10 minutes away from Kos town, the house is also very spacious, with a massive furnished terrace overlooking the seaside. There were 5 of us staying there and we found everything we needed - all the cooking facilities, including the grill, furniture, towels, a hairdryer and even some DVD''s for the rainy day. But probably the best thing about this house were the owners - they picked us from the airport and met us at the house with coffee, biscuits and Greek sweets. They also showed us around and were always there to offer advice or help: starting from introducing us to a local farmer where we bought super-cheap fresh vegetables and helping us to get us to Kos and sort out the motorbike and car rental, ending up with taking us to the local bar and offering us several drinks. Without a shadow of doubt I will recommend this location to my friends."

"Very friendly welcome from the owners, who are also very helpful and live close by. New house very clean and well equipped for the six people in our group. House has a wonderful large terrace with a sea view, for sun or shade, at any time of the day and a lovely spot to watch the sunset or sunrise. Handy bus stop alongside the house to get to Kos Town and then other parts of the island. Very regular hourly service. Cheaper to buy several tickets at once at the terminal in Kos Town However,a car would be handy for the supermarket which is 1500m away and you have to walk part of the way along a main road. The small road close to the beach is very good for cycling. Would highly recommend this house. And you don't need to buy water to drink, the tap water even tastes good!"

"This summer we (family of 6) spend two fantastic weeks in Messaria. The house is new, big, comfortable and has fantastic views to the mountains on one side and the sea (and Islands)on the other. The big terras is great for sunbathing,BBQ or reading, the porch for breakfast in the morning sun. The location is perfect, it is rural, quiet, has a good busconnection to Kos town and after an evening of fun in Kos city, you get a taxiride back for 10 euro. Foodstores are in reach (Liddl, Supermarche, less then 1,5 km). You can walk to the (quiet) sunnybeach or drive to Tigaki for more comfort (bedchair 5 Euro a day, shops, restaurants). The welcome and care by the owners is very warm and they will advise you where to go and what to see. We followed heir advise. If you want to go out for a good meal for a very compatatif price we will advice you restaurant Serif, (Platani- small village off the mainroad to Kos)a combination of Greek and Turkish cuisine. Ask for a bit of everything, especialy the mezes. They have their own wine! In Kos town we advice Meze restaurant Fanos were they serve traditional Greek mezes. Afterward a cocktail in the Four Roses and your evening is complete. If you rent this villa, you don't have to bring your own beachtowels, which means a lot of weight less in your suitcase. We rented a car by Avis. Got a free upgrade. Very relaxed people and no quibble. So all in all, this is a great place to spend your holiday."

"Unseren 14tägigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Messaria haben wir sehr genossen. Die Eigentümer Agnes und Vincent empfingen uns herzlich, so dass wir uns sofort wohl fühlten. Der Extra-Service am Anreisetag (sonntags)- Abholung am Flughafen, erster Einkauf im Kühlschrank - war eine sehr schöne Überraschung und auch während der gesamten Urlaubszeit wurden wir mit frischen Früchten und Gemüse versorgt. Für Fragen hatten beide immer ein offenes Ohr und waren auf unser Wohlbefinden bedacht. Die sympathische und offene Art von Agnes und Vincent gefielen uns von Beginn an. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, so dass einem erholsamen Urlaub nichts im Wege steht. Es ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und großzügig, und bietet einen reizvollen Blick auf das Meer mit Sonnenuntergang (große Terrasse) sowie auf die Insel und Berge auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Ist man nicht auf der Insel unterwegs kann man entspannte Stunden auf den Terrassen verbringen, die mit Sitzgelegenheiten sowie Liegestühlen versehen sind. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall und freuen uns schon jetzt auf einen nächsten Urlaub in der Villa Messaria."
