"A truly idyllic location with stunning views and very comfortable, clean, quiet appartment. Ideal for walking holidays or more leisurely pursuits. There is a bus stop virtually outside the apartment if you do not have your own car. A local bakery selling bread is a 5-minute walk away and there are 2 restaurants and a pizzeria in the village. Annibale is a most thoughtful and hospitable host - thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We will be back!"

"The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most evening meals in the apartment. There is a pizzeria within 5 minute walk from the apartment and we enjoyed the excellent pizzas and pasta there. The owner is a great host, very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there and I’m sure you will too. [L’apartamento era immacolato e molto confortabile. La vista dal balcone è favolosa. La cucina era ampiamente fornita ed abbiamo potuto cucinare quasi tutte le cene la dentro. Cé una pizzeria 5 minuti dal’apartamento ed abbiamo trovato le pizza e la pasta buonissime. La proprietaria é un’ospite meravigliosa, molto gentile e sempre pronta ad aiutarci. Mi ha piaciuto tanto il mio soggiorno la, e sono sicura che vi piacerá anche a voi.]"

The views take your breathe away and the owner is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this appartment as it is a great base for travelling around Lake Como. It was an absolute pleasure staying there and would happily advise anyone visiting Menaggio to stay there."

"Le gîte est conforme à l''annonce. Il est très beau, propre, avec une odeur agréable. La vue depuis le balcon et la chambre est splendide. Nous y avons vécu des moments de contemplation du paysage mémorables. Les quelques jours de mauvais temps ont été compensé par les soirées près du feu de cheminée. Le salon est très grand et très agréable. La cuisine est petite mais très fonctionnelle. Le chemin pour aller à pied au village est très beau...mais la remontée pentue est dure avec les enfants en bas-âge. Mais ce n''est pas un problème: on peut aller très facilement en voiture au village en 5'', sans problème de parking pour nous à cette période. Le gîte est proche de toutes les perles du lac (Varenna, Villa del Balbiannello, les sentiers en pierre de Rezzonico...) Un lieu de rêve. Le propriétaire est très souriant, accueillant et discret. Très bon rapport qualité/ prix. On espère pouvoir y revenir."
