" Casa Montana is situated on the outer side of the 5 star resort ‘Mazarron Country Club’ and has a beautiful view of the olive plantation. The villa is adjoined on the back side to a beautiful Spanish courtyard with nice vegetation and a footpath to other areas of the park. On the right side of the villa you will have a view of a mountain. To the left of the plantation you will find a typical Spanish farm. The courtyard on the back of the villa is equipped with a fountain and lovely typical Spanish vegetation. The terrace on the front has a marvelous view over the olive plantation and the mountainous landscape. The villa also has a garden and a parking space on the front. Casa Montana lies on a dead end street on a very quiet place of the park. Living Room: Heater/airco, living and dining area, audio, TV (equipped with Dutch channels), shutters for darkening. Kitchen: Induction cooking plate, oven, cooking hood, dish washer, big refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, various cooking equipment, dinnerware and kitchen linens. Bathroom:Toilet, shower, washing table, towels, face cloths and guest towels. Tip: bring your own bathing towels. Bedrooms: 2 in toal. First bedroom is equipped with a double bed. Second bedroom has two single beds. Garden back: Behind the villa you will find your own secluded terrace. On this terrace there is a ‘seat’. Also an outdoor washing table is present. Garden front: In front of the villa you will find a terrace with a garden set. Also lying chairs are present as well as your own ‘parking’. "

Here are also a few ; - visit the town of Murcia with beautiful shops, kathedrals and restaurants. - Cartagena with the oldest harbour of Europe, shops and historic building. - National park Sierra Espuña is a must. Just 20 minutes away from Casa Montana. - The beautiful coastline within 10 minutes by car with bays, promenades, lovely sandy beaches, good restaurants and all watersports are available. - The sand sculptures of Bolnuevo. -Visit also the little villa of Puntas de Calnegre where Villa Mazarron also has available our Casa Anavicente on the beach of Puntas. Have a nice holiday ! With the best climate of Europe the Costa Calida is always a perfect place to be. "

Means of access :
You leave the airport of Alicante, You follow the Murcia signs. You do this by following the road signs A7 (E-15) in the direction of Murcia. After about 45 minutes you will pass through Murcia via this highway. Pay attention here!!! The road will split up here; you will keep right in the direction of Almeria/Granada. Continue to follow the road. After a while you will get to the exit Bahia de Mazarron; do not take this exit. You will keep driving until you see the exit Totana/Mazarron. On this exit you will go in the direction of Mazarron. You will once again get on a highway which will take you past the resort in 10 minutes. You now take the exit ‘Country Club’. You will drive over the highway and take the roundabout straight on and you will be driving several hundreds of meters in the opposite direction of the highway on the service road. You will see the driveway of the resort on your right after a short while. With the map of the resort which will be sent to you after your booking you can now find your holiday villa. "Très bien desservie par le réseau auto-routier, le Country Club est un ensemble résidentiel implanté dans une zone aride et vallonnée à quelques de kilomètres de Mazarron. Le commerce le plus proche est à 4 Km. Casa Montana fait partie d’un groupe de coquettes petites maisons blotties à la lisière de la zone urbanisée. Les résidents (d''origine anglaise pour la plupart)sont peu nombreux à cette saison et très discrets. L''environnement est fleuri et bien entretenu. Le propriétaire assure un bon suivi relationnel."
