The view is magnificent and inspires a great sense of peace: in the silence of nature you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The facilities are constantly well maintained with the greatest health and hygiene of the house, the swimming pool and all outdoor areas personally performed by us Owners. The villa is free of buildings around. It could be booked by a single group or Family. The property is completely fenced with large garden spaces, private gate, BBQ area, private parking inside. All bedrooms have large, spacious closets and south-exposed windows. All beds are equipped with bed sheets and summer quilts or duvets and fleece on the basis of the season. - Dining room, opening to the garden Just a few walk and there is a covered pergola provided with table and chairs, and the swimming pool for your enjoyment. " Every tourist travelling the umbrian 'Strade del Vino' (wine streets), can develop a type of complicity with his wine goblet: the nature of wine is expressed, on the taste, the colour and the flavour. Following the journey of the “Strada Del Vino” allows the traveller to be in contact with an area where life is pleasurable, a natural area that awakes all 5 senses. We the owners we are very pleased to welcome guests in the best style of accommodation in Umbria and willing to care for the needs of our customers. The three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are very spacious and brightning (possibility to add two single beds). On the ground floor there is a separate kitchen and a dining room with a large window opening direct onto the sun terrace near the pool. The property is very sunny overlooking magnificent sunsets over the green hills in front of. There are no buildings vis-à-vis: the fenced garden and olive trees will be a nice place to relax after your excursions in Umbria. Several terraces with tables and chairs (covered and not covered) all around the house to have the choice to flee or to follow the sun! Barbecue in the garden near the pool. Internet WIFi free - welcome basket. Tips and suggestions to discover the surroundings, wine cellars and where to buy the excellent extra virgin olive oil of Umbria. Charges are included on rental price. During winter the heating has to be payed on actual consumption. "
