At only 150 metres is the main square with all public services: the chemist, newsagent, bank, post office, bars and restaurants, etc. The square is also the point of arrival and departure of the local bus service to Ragusa, Catania airport and railway station.
At a similar distance you will find the main beach between the red lighthouse along the pedestrian seafront and the harbour where the little wooden boats, belonging to the local fishermen are moored and where they sell their nights catch.
