" The apartment (50 mq) is a portion of the house and is located on the ground floor. The garden invites you to live the majority of time outdoors, it is very well equipped with gazebos, chaise longue, tables and chairs for outdoor dining and barbeque. The apartment consists of a spacious bed-room where you can add little beds and cots for children and has a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, a living room with sofa bed, TV and kitchenette equipped with everything you need: fridge, gas oven, microwave, toaster, blender, etc., a bathroom with box-shower, a antechamber with sofa bed for one person, an utility room where you have shoe rack, iron and ironing board, shopping trolley, vacuum cleaners and equipment cleaning the house and space for suitcases. "L''appartement est conforme à la description et aux photos, il est bien équipé. Le coin jardin est très agréable. La situation de l''appartement permet de réaliser des visites (FLORENCE, PISE, SIENNE, ...), et profiter de la mer et de se balader dans MARINA di MASSA (le soir) C''est une adresse à conseiller pour découvrir une partie de la TOSCANE Un grand merci à la propriétaire très disponible et gentille ( elle parle très bien le français) Un beau séjour"

"buongiorno ho soggiornato con mia moglie e i miei bimbi di 2 e 8 anni, il posto è molto tranquillo e la proprietaria è accogliente e disponibile! Un consiglio per il mare : andate di fronte alla colonia torino (dista 15 m a piedi) il mare è pulito e i servizi sono ottimi!!!!!!"

"ho trovato l''appartamento conforme a quanto descritto. proprietaria molto disponibile, discreta, gentile e mai invadente. appartamento pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario per la vacanza. sottolineo l''ampio giardino a disposizione con tanto di sedute e tavolino. consiglio la vacanza in questo appartamento a famiglie ( io ho una bimba di due anni) ma anche a singoli."

"La casa è conforme all''annuncio. Comoda per tutto ma in posizione tranquilla. La disponibilità delle biciclette è stata utilissima ma anche a piedi si arriva velocemente sia in centro sia in spiaggia. Lo spazio esterno è stato graditissimo ai nostri tre bambini. Molto gentile e premurosa la proprietaria. Siamo stati davvero bene."
