" The studio is situated at the entrance of the village of Marciana, 375 meters on the sea level,it has a beautiful view on the villages of Marciana Marina, Poggio,the sea and the Tuscany coast.You can have sea holiday ( far 4km) and mountain holiday in the same time( a cableway to Capanne mountain is at 700 m farway) The studio is composed by a living room with a kitchen, a bedsofa (single bed),a small bedroom with a bunk bed , a mezzanine double bed (high 154cm),bathroom with shower. Close to the studio (500 meters) there are shops as a pharmacy, a take away foodshop, the post office , the bank, a newspapers agency, a tobacconist, an ice cream parlour, bars and handicraft shops. "

" Marciana is situated at 375 meters on the sea level,it is climbed on the mountain with a splendid view on the sea, the villages of Marciana Marina, Poggio and the coast of Tuscany.In the same time you can have a sea holiday (4-5 km) and a mountain holiday (a cableway is 700 m far, leading to Monte Capanne)Beautiful sand beaches and rock beaches, turquoise sea, a lot of walks and footpaths.Good restaurant as “Publius” in Poggio (1km) and “il Noce” in Marciana. Many different festivals in the villages , you can have the programme at the tourist office in Marciana Marina, where also you can rent motor boats or participate to boat trips to the other small islands "

Arrived at Marciana Marina follow the direction to Marciana. After the sign “Marciana” drive 600 meters and you have a parking site and a bus stop on the left, just 50 meters before on a large bend there is , on the left ,Via della Marina,a dead-end dirt road, the flat is at number...(45 minutes drive from Portoferraio)
