"Very nice appartment in a very cool neighborhood. every thing was easy to find, restaurants nearby, easy access with the subway and not far from times square."

"The apartment is very well located on the Upper East Side, was clean and was also very quiet as it is at the rear of the apartment block. Whilst the flat is quite small, it was comfortable for the two of us for a week. The apartment has all the amenities required to be self sufficient during a NY stay. The surrounding area is well catered with shops, restaurants and transport. This is a good place to stay in New York."

"Very clean and convenient apartment. An ideal location to enjoy walking through central park into Manhattan Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. If older visitor - please be aware that there is no elevator access and 2 flights of stairs."

Tatsächlich handelt es sich um nur ein großes Zimmer, an das sich die Kochecke anschließt, Eßtisch befindet sich mit im Wohnschlafzimmer. Wer richtig kochen will hat ein Problem mit der Ablage. Die Wohnung ist sauber, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich, die Bettmatratze sehr gut. Lage super und ansprechend, Fenster zum Hof mit Blick auf großen Baum, somit recht ruhig für eine Großstadt.

"Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt, sie liegt sehr ruhig mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Lage ist super. Beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Nähe zur U-Bahn und zum Centralpark und den Museen. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche könnte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein (Töpfe, Geschirr)."
