" The studio-flat is located in a quiet district with all amenities and only 300 metres from Pablo Picasso's birthplace on the edge of the city's pedestrian precinct. The Alcazaba, the Roman Theatre, the Picasso Museum, the Thyssen Museum, the cathedral and the renowned Calle Larios are all less than 10 minutes away on foot, and the nearest beach 20 minutes. It is a real advantage to be able to enjoy to the full and close to hand such important occasions in the city as Holy Week or the August Fair without the undesirable noise of the festivities. With the Cervantes Theatre within 200 metres it is also well situated for those who want to enjoy Malaga's Cinema Festival. The studio-flat is on the second and top floor of a building fitted with a lift. Its outside balcony provides abundant natural light. A spiral staircase leads to its private, south-facing terrace above the apartment. It is ideal for meals in the open air and for relaxing in the sun... It is ideal for a couple. It has a bed-settee for two people with a possibility of space for a travel-cot. For your clothes there is a well-fitted wardrobe and a shoe-cabinet. The accommodation includes entry-surveillance to the building by video-camera, air-conditioning and heating, television, a safe and Wifi internet connection (extra charge on request). The kitchen is practical and well equipped. The bathroom has a large shower with a glass screen. "

" As well as enjoying the city, its sights and museums, its tapa bars or good restaurants, the lively night-life in the centre or the "chiringuitos" where you can eat fish on the beach itself, you can also venture along the coast - its harbours and promenades or some of the delightful, white villages inland that I shall be pleased to recommend on your arrival. If you have time, cities such as Granada (1 hour), Cordoba (1½ hours) or Seville (2 hours) await you with their many attractions. If you like playing golf, the nearest course is 15 kilometres away, but there are many other interesting activities such as a visit to the prize-winning zoo at Fuengirola, the dolphinarium at Selwo Marina or the crocodile-park at Torremolinos. There is more fun to be had at aquaparks, perhaps playing paintball, go-karting, diving, learning to kite-surf, practising naturism, hiring bikes, hiking, enjoying Málaga's botanical garden or a relaxing massage at the nearby Arab baths. "

Means of access :
If you arrive by car, access is fast and easy, just 7 minutes off the A-7 motorway. Without much trouble you can find a place nearby to park without charge and you will be living less than 10 minutes on foot from anywhere in the historic city-centre. If you prefer to keep your car under cover, there are 3 supervised, paying car-parks in the vicinity. If you arrive by plane, the airport is 12 kilometres away. The journey by taxi takes about 20 minutes and costs about 20 euros (depending on the time of day and the traffic), but you can also take a bus or the suburban train, in which case you will have to walk for about 12 or 15 minutes to reach the studio-flat. The suburban train is faster. In the case of the bus there are two options: number 19, with more stops, leaves you in Muelle de Heredia Street, or the "Línea A" bus, which is direct and leaves you near the city-hall. In both cases get off at the last stop. Both are an equal distance from the studio-flat and the buses run every half-hour, as does the suburban train. If you arrive at the María Zambrana railway-station on the AVE (high-speed) train, the best means of transport to the studio-flat is a taxi (about 5 euros).In the area:

"Bereits im Vorfeld verlief der Kontakt mit den Vermietern Ana und Angel stets prompt und optimal. Das Angebot, mich gegen Entgelt vom Flughafen abzuholen, habe ich bei meiner Ankunft am Sonntagabend in der Dunkelheit gerne angenommen. Auch wurde vorher angefragt, ob ein kleiner Einkauf erwünscht sei, damit man am ersten Tag mit dem Nötigsten versorgt war. Das Apartment ist hübsch eingerichtet und in den Farben schwarz , weiß, rot dekoriert.Es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Küchenzeile ist komplett ausgestattet. Alles ist außergewöhnlich sauber!!! Die Dachterrasse ist ebenfalls blitzeblank und von vielen weißen Mauern umgeben. Die Lage der Wohnung erwies sich als ideal, alles nahebei, zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch nachts fühlte man sich sicher."

"E da Angel ci siamo tornati, per la terza volta, perchè amiamo Malaga ed in questo alloggio si sta veramente molto bene! Che altro dire, oltre che confermare i precedenti giudizi? L''appartamento è sempre ineccepibile, sembra sempre da inaugurare, e la disponibilità di Angel è davvero insuperabile! Continuiamo a consigliarlo e sicuramente ci torneremo ancora."
