"The owner (Charro) was very kind and was available when we needed. Even though it is located at Calle Mayor, it is silent, air conditioning works well and 5 people were perfectly accommodated there. Situated at walking distance from subway, supermarket and restaurants I would for sure recommend it and stay again there. "

"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Zentrum von Madrid, in einer sehr schönen und gut ausgestatteten, hellen und warmen Wohnung - für die Jahreszeit ideal. Die Räume sind bei geschlossenen Fenstern auch angenehm ruhig. Ein Staubsauger wäre hilfreich. Ein gut sortierter Supermakt ist nur 100 m entfernt."

"Excellente situation , en plein centre de Madrid , métros Puerta del Sol et Opéra à proximité et grande facilité pour taxis. Appartement bien équipé et très agréable à vivre , propreté impécable , Bonne insonorisation pour les parties coté rue et la chambre coté intérieur est vraiment calme . Avons également apprécié les 2 salles de bain , l''accès internet , l''ample salon et les 5 balcons ( très pratiques pour les fumeurs !) qui nous ont permis d''être au coeur des activités et d''avoir de bons moments de convivialité . L''accueil de Charo est un atout agréable et très professionnel .Nous y retournerons avec beaucoup de plaisir."
