A lovely loft in Lucca

"In an old building, we entered a wonderful modern loft apartment. Our landlord was charmingly helpful. It was perfect and the rooftop view was lovely. We were steps from everything and were able to catch public transport to various places of interest. The local Tourist Office were also very helpful. A hint - the steps are rather steep so dont have too much heavy luggage!"

"A perfect flat for a stay in the centro storico of Lucca.Very well appointed with a proper kitchen , well equipped and modern.Flat was spotless and very quiet despite being near some very lively bars.The small balcony and the air con were a boon and we hope to return soon. The last storey of stairs is very steep but they help to keep you fit after that extra portion of tiramisu."

"Spacious and clean loft apartment in excellent central position within the walls of Lucca with very good bars, patisseries, trattorias and more right on your doorstep. We found the kitchen well furnished and were able to cook proper meals with ease. The balcony was great for lunching on in the warm October sun! The last flight of stairs are quite steep but the views across the roofs to the mountains make it worthwhile. Maximiliano the owner was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely book again."
