" Our lovely villa is located in a small and quiet development (2004) with a communal swimming pool (160 m2, open from 1/5 until 30/9),in a typical Provence village, 20 km from Avignon and Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, 4 km from Carpentras and 30 km from the Mont Ventoux. Downstairs : living room (TV, DVD) with 2 couches and fully equipped kitchen (table, 6 chairs, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, electric coffee machine and kettle...). Small but nice garden with shadowed terrace (pergola), BBQ, table and garden chairs... Upstairs : 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 pers bed, 1 with bunk beds + 1 pers bed), bathroom (bathtub/shower), WC. " The pool is 1,50 m deep (children until 10 years must be accompanied by an adult). Automatic barrier (digicode) at the entrance of the development. Available in the village: bakery, supermarket, bar/tabac, pharmacy, dentist, physiotherapist, cash point. Big stores in Sarrians (3 km), Carpentras (4 km) and Avignon. Lots of things to visit in the area (wineyards, small villages, Provence nice markets...). The Mediterranean is only one hour away. Good restaurants, music and theatre festivals during the summer (Festival d'Avignon, Chorégies d'Orange...). The very heart of the Provence !
Our villa is also available during the winter (Nov/March) for 750 €/month or 500 €/2 weeks. Christmas and New Year : 425 €/week. "
