"The main advantage of this apartment is its proximity to a Zone 2 underground station. It has a basic supermarket opposite and within walking distance of a major supermarket. The host was welcoming and responded rapidly to any problems. During my stay it was a mini heatwave in London and the building does not cope well with this."

"It was a nice stay. The apartament is really close to the tube station (it's about a 20 minutes trip to the center of London). It also has a mini supermarket and a restaurant just outside the block. The owner is a nice person and ready to give you all the details you need. Definetly a come back location."

"L'annonce décrit le logement tel qu'il est, mais la propreté du logement et de l'équipement, la quantité aussi, n'était pas au rendez-vous. Nous avons été obligé de laver la porte de la douche, une table, de la vaisselle avant d'en faire l'utilisation et de ramasser de la poussière ( une plante artificielle, derrrière le téléviseur, avait minimum 5mm de poussière). Le garde-robe portatif était en état de survie, on avait peur qu'il croule sous le poids du peu de vêtements que nous avions. Il y avait 2 verres de vin , dont 1 était déjà craqué, brisé, aucun verre pour boire. Les murs de la cuisinette étaient sales. Le lit d'appoint, le matelas avait à peu près 5 cm d'épaisseur. Malgré le fait qu'on a dit au propriétaire, que le lit d'appoint était inconfortable(dès la première rencontre), il nous répétait qu'il était confortable. Accès facile à cause du métro et épicerie pas loin. Mais après une journée de visite à Londres, le retour à l'appartement ne nous rendait pas très enthousiasme, vu son état. Beaucoup de bruit après 23h00 dans la rue, en bas de l'édifice, on s'en attend toujours un peu. Rapport qualité-prix: prix exorbitant par rapport à ce que ça valait vraiment. J'ai fait Rome, la Toscane et Barcelone avec Homelidays et plusieurs amis ailleurs en Europe et c'est la 1ère fois que je tombe mal, beaucoup de déceptions."

"Appartement bien situé ( métro au pied de l''immeuble)à 20mn du centre de Londres, avec un supermarché au bas de l''immeuble . Lumineux , moderne , propre , à recommander pour 2 personnes mais pas pour 3 car le lit d''appoint est presque inutilisable tellement il est mauvais .Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. "
