" There is a small sandy bay less than 100 meters from the house, pictured here. This provides children with a fabulous and convenient playground. Besides building sandcastles and paddling, they can discover a wide variety of sea life – crabs, mussels and small fish – hidden away here between the rocks, sand and sea. The bay also offers a good vantage point from which to observe the comings and goings of sailing and fishing boats in and out of Loctudy harbour. "
