" The apartment (50 mqs.) it is formed from a matrimonial room and one with three single beds, two balconies, one in kitchen and one in matrimonial room, a bath with bathtub-shower and a habitable kitchen with Satellite TV. There's an outdoor parking for your car, close to the house The apartament has all the comforts: hairdryer, microwave, a toaster.. heated skiroom. We host pets, only if they respect the apartament and the guests. In the apartament smoking is forbidden. It is found in center in the pedestrian zone and for the lovers of the alpine ski, it will be enough to cross the road and you immediately will find you a ski-lift that will give you the possibility to connect you to the whole west slope of the valley (Carosello 3000 and Tagliede-La Costaccia). Otherwise to alone 50 mt. you can find the bus stop that free will bring you to ski anywhere, understood the east slope (Mottolino). Also the office skipass is to alone 50 mt. For those people who love the Cross cauntry ski, ....... here 50 mt will be enough also. and you will find you on the long one and plain of Livigno, to alone 100 mt. from the Cross Country Ski School. "

"It is ideally situated and I would recommend it to anyone whose is not looking for "extras". The owners are fantastic people and if it were not for" variety is the spice of life" I would stay there in a heartbeat.The view is phenomenal and I cannot remember being exposed to noise at any time. As far as cleanliness goes it was as good as one can expect during ski season."

"Really loved the location of this apartment, it suited a family with children as it was so close to ski lifts. My reason for giving only 4/5 on accommodation was the fact that it was on the third floor - there was also a funny smell in the apartment that we were never able to identify! Senora Fraquelli was very nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay there and wouldn't hesitate recommending it to friends."
