" Villa Del Pittore is the upstairs floor of a 2 floors wonderful Villa in the small Baia of Portinente, at few meters distance from the sea; about 15 minutes walking from Marina Corta square (the heart of the village) and from the Castle (Castello di Lipari) with the interesting archeological museum. In the bay, in front of the house, there usually is a boat for rent service and (during the month of August)and a motorbike rent service. The Villa is nicely furnished, the two bedrooms are both in front of the see (one is very big and a couple of additional beds can be put, on request); there are two bathrooms, one with bath and shower, the other with shower only. A very big terrace surrounds the house, overlooking both the see (in the front) and the mountain (in the back). The terrace is furnished with tables, chair, beach chairs and umbrellas. A big garden, downstairs is part of the whole villa and can be used for making bbq and spend time in the shadow. The house is fully furnished with towels, sheets and blankets. The kitchen is fully furnished and has its own small terrace. All the main domestic appliances are provided: Television and DVD player, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner. Rental conditions: the price per week is intended for 4/6 persons; at the booking, a down payment (30%) is required. Small supplement for cleaning (50 euro) and linen(7 euros per person) upon departure. Deposit request. 10% discount is granted to families or in case of long periods’ rent (two weeks or more). "
