The apartment is on the Italian side of the Italian – French border just outside the Colle di Tenda tunnel. The chalet is reachable through a 700 m. private road where snow is regularly clear from. Anyway a 4x4 car or snow tires are necessary in winter time. The railway station is 8 km away on the Italian side (Limone Piemonte) as well as on the franch side (Vievola). Regular buses from and to the main village (Limone Piemonte) are available.In the area:

"sejour tres agreable, l'environnement est tres beau, la vegetation est verdoyante, les randonnées alentours sont tres belles sans etre trop difficiles (nous etions deux avec un bébé et on ne pouvait pas aller trop loin). la maison a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon sejour."

"Casa deliziosa, pulita, in luogo panoramico fuori dal paese, ben soleggiato. L''accesso è abbastanza facile, su strada sterrata privata con sbarra motorizzata di chiusura accesso. I proprietari, molto cortesi e affabili, accolgono dimostrando immediata simpatia e signorilità mettendo a proprio agio chiunque. Lo stress si azzera in poche ore, lasciando il posto ad una sensazione di sollievo che poche volte si prova. Attrezzatura da cucina buona, migliorabile con poco impegno."
