" All leisure facilities, cultural and gastronomic nearby. Very close Pharmacies, cafes, supermarkets 24 hours, beaches, very nice exposition park / sell paint and permanent handicrafts. Only 5 minutes from the colourful handicraft markets on Petit Thouars Av., where you can buy alpaca fabrics, ceramics, silver and gold jewellery, paintings, hand-woven carpets and a lot of items that deserve to be admired for their meticulous work. East (400m) to Larcomar, major entertainment centres in Lima, where you can also visit boutiques and enjoy our very well-known Peruvian food. Also dishes of the best known restaurant chains (Kentucky Fried Chicken, Tony Roma's, Pizza Hut, Burger King, etc). We strongly recommend you to enjoy a coffee while watching the sunset from any of its terraces. At 3 minutes from Larcomar, you can experience an unforgettable paragliding flight over the Pacific. The possibility of making a tourist circuit from Miraflores to Lima downtown on a “Mira-bus” for a sight seeing tour. "Appartement très agréable et très propre, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. J''ai beaucoup aimé le style moderne de la décoration, la présence du sauna et de la salle de sport, même si certaines machines ne sont en très bon état. L''appartement est très bien situé, à 5 minutes de Larcomar, 5 minutes de la mer, 5 minutes du parc Kennedy. L''avenue est assez passante et les bus sont assez bruyants, malgré tout je recommande cet appartement qui est financierement largement plus intéressant qu''une chambre d''hotel."
