The house is also located in a strategic position because in a short time you can reach the sea, the hills and mountains. In particular: beach 1.3 km, Lucca and the surrounding hills known for the production of extra virgin olive oil 32 km, Pisa 27 km, Florence 103 km, San Gimignano 116 km and Siena 153 km. The house is furnished for information (excursions, museums, tours, festivals, restaurants, pizzerias, etc. ...). Many old churches in the city of Florence, Lucca, Pisa. Lucca and its wall of 4 km bounded by a moat of 35 square meters for outdoor walks. "

"Beautiful house and garden, nice, clean, very well furnished, spacious and comfortable place to stay. Although we spent 70% of our time on the fabulous veranda. Calm and quiet area. What you cannot describe by ratings: the owners are VERY kind and helpful and friendly. The offered home-made Italian special meal was excellent. Beautiful part of Italy, do not miss the things-to-see in surroundings. The sandy beach is clean, wavy. You have to pay daily rates or stay on the small free area with no facilities which is quite crowded. It is close by car but parking is a challange. A bit far by walking. Do not miss the sunset from the pier. We just recommend to try this villa. We had a wonderful and memorable vacation.Francesco and family from Budapest"

"Très belle villa, situation calme, bonne situation mer, ville, circuit. Très propre, bien équipé aussi pour les enfants, bien sécurisé. Personne sur place très disponible et très sympathique, appréciable!"
