" Licata is a nice village on the southern Sicilian coast, a few kilometers far from Agrigento. It is full of shops, bar, restaurants, pubs and markets. Licata is very interesting from a historical and culrtural point of view, due to its archeological sites, to its museum, its churches and Villa in the so called "liberty style".
The beaches are famous for their soft sand and the clean sea.
From Licata you can get the most famous cities of the island: Palermo, Piazza Armerina, Siracusa, and you can also visit Etna
Vulcano. Moreover, you can take daily a catamaran to Malta and you
can arrange a daily trip if you want.
