" Villa Pergola is a recent construction ( 2011 ). The 700 sq m grounds , with some mature trees, are fenced with sliding gate to the front and the swimming pool ( 6m40 x 3m40 ) has an alarm to conform with French safety regulations. There is a superb view of "Vallée de l'Hérault " and vineyards from the terrace and the pool. Air-conditioned house, elegantly furnished, comfortable and well equiped, villa" Pergola" makes the perfect base for a relaxing holiday for 6 people max., in a peaceful position , less than 5 minutes' walk to the village with shops, restaurant, pharmacy ... Spacious sitting/dining room (sofa, chairs, TV, DVD ...) with new kitchen very well equipped and round dining table with seats for 6 people. From the living area, 2 glass sliding doors open to the large covered terrace comfortably furnished with solid teak setting, barbecue ( plancha ), the garden and pool. Off the kitchen is the utilities room with fridge/freezer, washing machine ... ensuite shower room with washbasin and WC. Three bedrooms are all beautifully decorated and well furnished with wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. A separate WC and shower room with large washbasin and italian shower are also off a corridor. Wifi connection if you bring your computer. Bed linen & Bath Towels supplied. Wonderful markets so close from Villa Pergola to Clermont l'Hérault , Gignac or Pézenas. Many, many historic places to discover in the Languedoc less than one hour from home : Lac du Salagou, Carcassonne, Montpellier, St Guilhem le désert ... We will do all that we can to ensure that you have a holiday to remember in the comfort of our house ! "

From the north, take the A 75 autoroute until exit number 57 ( Clermont l'Hérault, Nebian, Canet ) than the D2 until Canet. About 2 km after, Le Pouget. From Montpellier, take the A 750 autoroute direction Millau-Lodeve than leave it at exit 59 Canet-Gignac. Take the D 32 just after the exit ; after about 7 km reach the D 139 on your left, Le Pouget. From the West, leave the A 75 autoroute, direction Clermont-Ferrand, Millau, Montpellier, at the exit number 57. Take the D 2 direction Canet and after about 2 km, Le Pouget. "Nous avons effectués un séjour d''une semaine au mois d''août à la villa pergola et nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix de vacance. Car sur l''accueil, les alentours, la villa et sa piscine rien à redire tout était conforme a la description sur le site et à nos attentes. En plus de ce lieu reposant et agréable a vivre cette région offre de tres jolie endroits à découvrir. Si l''occasion se représente c''est avec un grand plaisir que nous reviendrons."
