" comfortable, carefully decorated, recently renovated, quiet but so close to everything. The apartment is well equipped with quality household appliances (hot plates, large flat screen TV, DVD player DVX blue ray, Delonghie espresso machine, juicer, etc..) Note: at 03.06.12, the fireplace is not functional (should be for the 2012-2013 season) The region is nice to practice all mountain sports, but also to relax (spa very close, within walking distance). Water sports can be done thanks to the proximity of the beautiful Lake of Annecy. "

From Annecy, go to Thônes and St. Jean de Sixt, Grand Bornand village and then Chinaillon. At the end of the village, just after the roundabout, turn left towards "Village of Lessy" and Samance. WARNING! Col de la Colombiere is closed during WINTER! Since Geneva / Cluses : follow "Le Grand-Bornand / La Clusaz". After crossing the Col de la Colombiere, you arrive at the village of Chinaillon. At the entrance of this village, just before the roundabout, turn right direction "Village of Lessy" and Samance.
