" Our villa is set between hills and sea and overlooks the small town of Cavi di Lavagna, where you can find bars, restaurants and shops. Along the coastline, at a few kilometres of distance between them, lie several small towns where the local seafood and natural products of the lush inland are served in the restaurant. Because of the privileged position of our villa, you can reach many interesting places in a short time. In the West, a gorgeous scenic road leads to Portofino, worldwide famous for its setting, its steep cliff high up above the sea. In the Mount of Portofino it’s worth visiting the beautiful San Fruttuoso - that can be reached by boat or trekking on its many paths - its medieval abbey and marine sanctuary, where you can go snorkelling and scuba diving.A few kilometers away, you’ll reach the enchanting Camogli, with its small fishing village, and Recco, internationally known for its “focaccia al formaggio”, a kind of cheese pie. A 30 kilometers you’ll find Genoa – its squares, churches, aquarium and old docks, il “Porto Antico”, are worth a visit as well as the little train that from Casella climbs on the mountain slopes of Appennino Ligure among scenic views. In the East, Sestri Levante will greet you with its charming “Baia del Silenzio”, a secluded bay. Cinque Terre are five villages high up above the sea, linked by footpaths, that can be reached also by train. You can cover the distance between them on foot, taking in the enchantment of every single village. "Perfect villa, everything is done for convenient stay. Panoramic windows from dinning room and from the bedroom with the seaview, warm outdoor jacuzzi under olive trees with seaview. Villa is equipped with everything you need, dish washing, internet, elevator from the garage was very usefull for baby stroller. As a bonus we get local olive oil and very tasteful proshuto leg. Vincenzo, thanks once more for a wonderful stay "

"Fantastic stay - more than lived up to expectations. In particular, Vincenzo was the perfect host, nothing being too much trouble, and the view is superb. One small point: the 'swimming pool', as advertised, is actually a spa/jacuzzi, but still a great amenity"

"Tremendous views from this clean, spacious and comfortable property. Vincenzo is very kind and was available day or night to do whatever needed to make our stay more comfortable including escorting us to the local market, and giving us tips on traveling in the area. The accommodations were true to the advert if not better and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. I enjoyed walking the hills in the area."

"This is a tastefully furnished house with all new amenities. 6 of us stayed there and had a great time. Spacious living room, beautiful views, outside patio/table for evening meals with a grill for barbecues (we cooked some local fish). Two out of three bedrooms have breathtaking sea views. All bedrooms have king/queen size beds with good mattresses and have private shower/bath. There is also another small room with bunk bed for kids. Cavi is tiny village with bar/pizzeria/internet point. 5min drive to Sestri Levante (bigger, very pretty town with good restaurants and not swarmed with tourists). Trains to 5 terre from there. 30min drive to Portofino/Santa Margherita. Vicenzo is layed back, very kind, always there to help (he lives in same house/floor below). All around great trip. Sandy beach in nearby town (Cavi), but you can also go to Sestri. For food ask Vicenzo about restaurant in Barassi (locals place up in the mountains), and if you want a a first class Michelin meal try La Ruota in Magnolia (town after Sestri Levante)."
