" Lovely villa located in a small and quiet estate on the outskirts of the town. Very well equipped and in a short distance driving to lots of main atractions. The villa is 3 minutes driving and 10 minutes walking away to Costa del Silencio, a commercial and leisure area. Las Galletas, the main town of the area, is 5 minutes driving and 20 minutes walking away. Las Galletas has a tranquil, black-sand beach with a nice esplanade where you can walk, have an ice-cream, eat in the local restaurants and buy fresh fish sold by the fishermen’s wives at the street fish stalls. The church is nestled on the opposite side of the esplanade. Also in Las Galletas there is a commercial area. A golf course and karting circuit are located in a short driving distance. The villa is 15 minutes driving away from Playa de Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas, where you can find white sand beaches. This busy, tourist area is plenty of restaurants, shopping area wherein you will find designer outlets sitting alongside Spanish high street names, leisure activities, and a vibrant nightlife. Las Americas houses the famous Siam Park’s water ride and Las Aguilas Jungle Park. "

great house, lots of space and very clean and cosy. there are lots of planes that fly over, so that is a bit noisy, but you get used to that. otherwise a very pleasant stay.

"Merci José, la villa est luxueuse, les pieces sont grandes, la piscine très bien entretenue, tout est très propre et bien entretenu, la literie est neuve tout le monde est ravis des prestations. Il manque un peu de grandes casseroles et petites cuillères et ustensiles de cuisine. La maison est située au bord d''une route passante mais l''insonorisation est bonne. La piscine est très protégée des regards et du vent. Il y a de la place pour garer les voitures. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse."
