" The apartment is 100 mt. far from Via Roma (the main street with bars, shops etc at night reserved for pedestrians only). It is close to all necessities, supermarkets, groceries, vegetables shops, restaurants, bars etc. It was restructured not to be rented but to be the house where to live with my family during summer holidays that’s why it is equipped like a main house, with electrical appliances so as to be super comfortable such as: - Kitchen equipped with large fridge with freezer (separated), 5 fires hob, multifunction oven, dishwasher (washing tablets are supplied for use), microwave oven, electric grill. Water boiler, toaster, scale, mini braun pimer and fully equipped with pans etc. n. 2 gas cylinders in case of sudden exhaustion of the one in use. - Home equipped with Washing machine with soap, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, n. 2 TVs LCD 32’ one placed in the sitting room another one in the kitchen/terrace, n. 2 air conditioning SAMSUNG 9000 BTU noiseless one in the bedroom and another one in the sitting room. - Terrace equipped with a large table with 6 chairs, one parasol mt. 3x2 with chain pully mechanism for the opening, n. 2 deckchairs to enjoy sun.
