" " In Southernmost Ardeche you will spend your holidays in charming a small villa of Provence, expo. south, entirely CLIMATISEE, very FUNCTIONAL, INDEPENDENT, lime pit foot, tiled, ideally located on the hill of a small quiet hamlet in the middle of the vines, olive-trees, wood of pines, near the tourist places but with the calm one. PAVIROSA enjoys a superb sight, you will find there, the calm one, ALL COMFORT, within a splendid framework. The house dominates its PRIVATIVE SWIMMING POOL CHAUFFEE (solar), made safe by travelling shutter - around a great beach paved out of stones with deckchairs, parasol… with the shelter of the inquisitive eyes (with your own way sun or shade). You will find also a kitchen of summer with large barbecue (2nd réfrigé.) - In against-low, a large closed garden of 1800 m2, raised, flowered, with table tennis, support bicycles, is at disposal of the large ones and small for the plays, idleness or to dream with the moonlight… (According to your date of stay you will be able, perhaps, to see a fireworks from the house) You will take your meals on a large tiled terrace, covered, dominating the swimming pool. "maison tout bonnement exceptionnelle! tout le confort est present: vaiselle ustensile cuisine barbecue tele etc.. La proprietaire mets tout en oeuvre pour entretenir ce petit bout de paradis et est tres sympathique. La piscine est magnifique c''est avec tristesse que nous avons du rendre les cles. De plus la maison est idealement située au calme. C''est un dix sur dix sans hesitation a faire et a refaire."

"nous ne pouvons que confirmer les commentaires qui nous ont poussés à aller là. A notre arrivée la maison était dans un état impeccable et l''acceuil plus que chaleureux. La propriétaire entretient à merveille la piscine et est disponible tout en étant très discrète. Vue magnifique, terrasse couverte très agréable, à l''abris des regards et du bruit. Avons passé des vacances magnifiques et comptons bien y retourner."

"Un petit coin de paradis, avec ange gardien !!! La maison bénéficie de tout le confort et la propreté est irréprochable; le jardin est magnifique, la piscine chaude et bien entretenue ... bref un grand bravo à la propriétaire qui est charmante,attentive, disponible et discrète. Un séjour inoubliable qui n''a eu qu''un seul défaut : trop court !!!"
