" Located on the village of Labeaume, it is a typically ardéchoise stones house. It was entirely renovated in 2007. It is perfectly suitable for two couples with children or four couples, to cross quiet vacation, little away from big tourist concentration of Ardèche. It notably includes two big rooms with each its privatory bathroom, a small room of couple and a big dormitory for the children, a big terrace of 50m2. The central heating (rare in this region) allows to come throughout the year there. Ideal for Christmas vacation in family. "

"L''environnemnt est très calme, en pleine nature. Maison très bien équipée, propriétaire très sympa (il peut même vous envoyer tout un tas de renseignements et photos sur la maison !) La région est aussi très belle avec belle rivière à Labeaume. Je recommande cette maison mais avec des enfants en bas âge cela a été un peu compliqué car la terrasse et le terrain ne sont pas sur le même niveau et il y a pas mal de petites marches dans la maison !!"

"Très agréable séjour passé au coeur de la nature ardéchoise. Une maison spacieuse et authentique, parfaite pour un séjour en famille. Juste un petit faux pas à l''arrivée (pèriode très froide -Fin décembre), la maison n''avait pas été suffisamment chauffée et une fenêtre de salle de bain laissait passer les courants d''airs mais très vite, tout a été mis en oeuvre pour palier à ces petits soucis. Nous essaierons de revenir!"

"La maison était vraiment superbe pour nos deux familles avec les 5 enfants. Tout le monde y a trouvé le bonheur. Spacieux, plein d''ambiance, beau, calme. Petit b-moll c''est le jardin, avec les longues herbes les enfants n''ont pas pu en profiter (terrain non tondu), mais c''est vraiment un détail car la maison était très sympathique, ainsi que le propriétaire qui nous a donné beaucoup d''astuces et du matériel (guide de rando, cartes etc.) sur place. Un bon endroit pour exploiter la région."
