The Villa is within a complex of other properties of the same type, however, this one in my opinion is in the best position. Very central, peaceful location, and you can still beat the credit crunch in the Club, the villa has avery well equiped kitchen, fantastic views, so staying in is a pleasure, whilst one of the most reasonable priced restaurants is only 250 metres from the villa.
This is a very well equiped villa, making eating in the new eating out, sea views, beach,swimming pool, large balcony and roof terrce, you have it all.
It has a large area of grass directly infront of it, which is only shared by only another 5 villas. It is not overlooked and it is in a very peaceful location, which gets the sun all day. It has a community swimming Pool, which is one of the best in the La Manga Club, again its the prefect position not to close to be disturbed by it, but close enough ie a 3 minute walk away from it. The Pool also has one of the best restuarnts for lunch in club overlooking the Pool.
Many properties are nestled in the hills, walking can be difficlut in the heat or on heals! This is the first villa you come to on this particualar community within the club.
The property has character, and charm what ever the time of the year, with modern conviences to the charm of a fire place, its just perfect in my opinion.
The rental rates, are very good value for money, you are dealing with the owner direct,no mangement fees, which relfects the price.

Means of access The Villa is a very well equiped holiday home, a home from home. It has two good sized bedrooms both with air- conditioning and heating. Both have twin bedrooms. One bathroom with an overhead shower and bath, bidet, sink and WC. The other bathroom, bidet, wc and shower.
The kitchen is fully fitted with, cooker, oven, fridge, and microwave. All utensils are included.
The living room/diner is spacious & overlooks La Manga Club and Mar Menor and Mediteranean, with direct access onto the balcony. There is more than enough room for 4 people to lounge around. There are a large selection of books, DVD's, CD´s & games. The balcony view benefits from fantastic sunsets.
Included in the price you are welcomed with wine, or light refreshments on arrival then I will talk you through safety issues and local recommendation of sites & restaurants then I leave you to enjoy your holiday. The apartment is stocked with coffee, tea, orange juice, water, cheese, olives, butter, bread & milk, again included in the price.
Hints and Tips La Manga Club Tennis Academy. Compettions are arranged all year round for all ages and abilities and many exhobition matches are organised. Coaching is also available from qualified professionals, and is ideal for the novice or expert.

2 Anyone using the accomodation does so entirely at their own risk. The owners do not accept reponsibility for loss or damage to persons and their personal property.
3 To maintain our high standards a key deposit of £100 is required to protect against loss or accidental damage to fixtures and fittings. This is payable by cash on arrival. It will be refunded on your final day.
