" The beach of La Fosca located at a 30 m. distance from the house obtained the qualification of Blue Flag by the EU in june 2006, the higher qualification which can obtained a beach. The house is ideally located. There is a parking at 10 m. distance. This parking is free during the whole year with the exeption of June,July, August and September, during these months you will have to pay around 3 euros per day. However, you can park freely in the streets which are very close to the house. "
