The terrase is at 11 m. from the sand beach of La Fosca and has a beautiful view to the sea. The terrasse is located in a garden plenty of plants and trees. The beach of La Fosca located just in front of the apartment obtained the qualification of Blue Flag by the EU in june 2006, the higher qualification which can be obtained by a beach. The apartment is ideally located. There is a parking in a 20 m. distance from the apartment and belongs to the municipality of Palamós. This parking is free during the whole year with the exeption of June, July, August and september, during these months you will have to pay around 3 euros per day. However, you can park your car freely in the streets which are very close to the apartment.
