Everyone in our big family (2 adults, 3 children) with no exceptions was very pleased to have had a splendid stay in this camping and in the offered mobil-home for a period of more than one month (besides, our granny stayed with us for two weeks free of charge). The owners were very kind and in case we had any request they were very quick to respond. The village where the camping is situated is very lovely with its fishermen port and seafood restaurants. As for the beaches, the nearest one is not too good for bathing/swimming, so it's better to go to other beaches by bicycle (can be rented near the camping's entrance) or by car. As for us, we preferred sandy Boyard-Ville Plage 13 kilometers to the east from the camping (20 min by car). The nearest plage with a high-professional windsurfing and catamaran school is not far away from the camping and is called "La Perroche". So, many thanks go from us to the owners for a very pleasant and not too expensive stay in a wonderful place called Oleron Island!
