The villa has views over Koroni castle and across the bay to the mountains of the Mani. A 15 minute walk leads to the long and sandy Zaga beach where Loggerhead turtles nest, whilst the waterfront at Koroni with its many restaurants and tavernas is 25 minutes away. "

By road - access is by ferry from Ancona or Venice to Patra, Koroni is a 3-4 hour drive from here. By air - 1. Kalamata airport is open from May to October and is a 45 minute drive from Koroni. 2.
