" Renovated, large and comfortable stone house with a combination of local traditional style and modern house equipment. A minute away from the sea and beach, and on the other side to town centre with some good restaurants, cafés and shops. Calm place, very suitable for families and children. The house consist of: the ground floor where is the main living space with joint dinning space and kitchen; two sleeping rooms are on the first floor; second floor and the attic are like two apartments, each with its own living space, shower room, two-bed bedroom (if needed there is also a sofa bed or a child-bed) and a smaller kitchen (first floor and ground floor also have a shower/bathroom). Garden in front of the house, with light terrace furniture is at your disposition. Out of the main season, upon arrangement one part of the house can be rented if desired: for example without the last two floors or only one apartment (detailed description of one apartment can be seen also under the reference 284599). "

Means of access :
By AIR to SPLIT: Daily flights from almost all European countries to Split (centre of Croatian coast, Dalmatia). Don't forget checking low-cost GermanWings, WizAir, SkyEurope, ScandJet, EasyJet and also Croatia airlines. By BOAT to VIS: Vis island is connected by excellent ferryboats and catamaran speedboats with Split (and also Hvar-Stari Grad). Split-Vis distance is up to two and a half hours (and around 5 euros per person). Very attractive and not expensive are ferryboat connections of Split with Italian Adriatic ports of Ancona, Pescara, and Bari (during the season some of the ferries from/to Italy stop also in Vis). These summer journeys across the Adriatic or along the Croatian coast (from Dubrovnik, Rijeka or Zadar) are holiday experience itself. "L'endroit est magnifique, la maison agréable et idéalement située en plein centre de tout (mais c'est dès lors un peu bruyant). A améliorer: les équipements de cuisine un peu vétustes (frigo, lave vaisselle, casseroles)et l'éclairage de la cuisine."
