A water park with many different slides is 4 Kms away, ideal days out with children. Crete Aquarium, one of the biggest building complexes in the Mediterranean, is 3 Kms away for those who adore marine world and want to explore more than 2500 individuals of fish and invertebrates. Car, bike or bicycle rental companies are also close by. Daily boat trips to Santorini,planning excursions and days out exploring Crete. "

By car: leaving the airport, turn right at the traffic lights, drive under the bridge,on the high way towards Sitia/Agios Nikolaos.After 8 Klms you will find a sign for Kokkini Hani. Turn right, drive parallel with the national road. You will see a bridge on your left hand side. Make a left turn, drive under it, and straight ahead, at the end of the road turn right. After 300m you will find a small church on your left. The apartments are situated just opposite the church, next to SPAR/HALKIADAKISsuper market. By Bus: There is bus from the airport to Kokkini Hani every 30 minutes up to 22:00 hour and the bus stop is infront of the arrival exit.The bus stop in Kokkini Hani is 100 meters from the property,named Hatzis bus stop.In the area:

"The apartment makes a great base to explore all over Crete,the location also allows for daily trips to East or West Crete. The Greek owners Evi and Manolis are charming and helpfull,they will do everything to be of assistance. The apartment is very clean,quiet and tidy.Excellent stay.Would love to return. Highly recommented"

"We enjoy our stay in a very nice and clean apartment with all facilities,very quite and with easy access to visit everything in Crete.Nice and helpfull owners, many thanks to Evi wife of the owner and to Manolis too for their help,as it was the first time we visit Crete.The apartment is closed to a very big super market,tavernas,cafeterias,bus stop and 3 minutes walking to the sandy beach.Hope next time we will stay longer.Everything was perfect."

"Everything was excellent,from the reservation to the welcoming of the owners.Evi and Manolis were very helpful, they pointed out the best places to visit. The apartment is on the ground floor,very convenient, next to super market. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee in the garden. We would like to visit them again."
