" There you will find one villa 160 square meters each to spend enjoyable holiday! They are located in the north of CHOENGMON , 15 minutes scooter run from CHAWENG , the touristic city with its restaurants, night-clubs, shops and so on.... Being on the foreland of the island, the residence is thus surrounded by the sea, a ten minutes walk will lead you to a splendid beach, which photos can be seen above, with an inpregnable view on KOH PHANGAN island. The villa are “U” shaped with a private swimming pool in the middle. Beautiful beaches lie on the right, on the left and behind the villas. Our neighbours are two five stars palaces. In the centre of each villa is the living room with a fully equipped kitchen and, on both sides, the two air conditionned bedrooms with their own doors so that they open on the outside and on the living room only. Each room has a “king size” bed for two persons, its own bathroon and toilets. A safe can be found in one of the rooms. The maximum housing capacity is four adult people, up to five if the fifth person is a child. A barbecue an additionnal bed if deemed necessary, a craddle and a child bed are at your disposal. The villa are totally surrounded by a 2 meters high wall so that their intimacy is fully preserved. All this situated in a very beautiful, pleasant environment with coconut, palm trees, and banana-trees. The 2000 square meters garden and the swimming pool are daily and carefully well kept by the employees. "

See the personal website of the owner" The district is peaceful, very well located, you are near every accomodations. Anyway, in KOH SAMUI it is wise to have a scooter or a car to fully enjoy the island. If you have any questions to ask, do not hesitate to send me a mail or to call me directly. I do not require any guarantee but a copy of the passport to be given to me when coming in KOH SAMUI. 50% of the monthly rent will be paid on the first reservation day, the last 50% will be paid when the keys are delivered to you. The rate indicated below includes all the taxes and all the services. You can pay either in EUROS or in THAÏ BATH. Hoping that you will have found all the required informations to prepare your renting, I wish you a pleasant visit on our website. "

The housekeeper is on duty from 08h00 to 17h00. She will get into your villa only when you are away. The rent includes house keeping and change of towels and sheets every three days. High level output wifi, cable TV , water and electricity are equally included. The travel from and to the airport is free, a portable phone with a local number will be delivered to you so that you can call me whenever required. To hire a car or a scooter there are keepers near the villa. They are serious, reliable and cheap. 50 meters from the villa you have a little grocery open from 08h00 to 21h00 for basic requirements. A 5 minutes drive will lead you to the famous “SEVEN/ELEVEN” which never close, where you will find whatever you might need.In the area:

"House in a very quite area and near everything you need and not far from Chaweng for shopping and entertaining life. Close to the beach, not far from the airport. Everyday cleaning, towels and linens changing, like at the hotel !!! Mickael who welcome us and take care of everything if you need something is adorable, so nice !! Everything was perfect during our stay."

"Would highly recommend this house. Nice and very clean with the housekeeper whose always around if you need them . The person in charge of the house was helpful and even recommend to rent a car with the driver who is very honest. 10 minutes walk to the beach, very quit place. If my fanily will have a chance to go back to Koh Samui I would definitely rent the same place."
