" Dear guests! The cosy flat is situated very near to the center of the town (4 minutes by car), but the neighbourhood is very silent! The Wörthersee (lake)is ten minutes away (by car). A bus station is very near the house, so you could get everywhwere in Klagenfurt within a few minutes! Everything is perfectly arranged for parents with two or three kids , you would not need to bring toys with you, because there is Lego, Duplo,a Playstation 2, Playmobil,etc. in the flat. A parking space, right beside the house ,is included too. There are all kinds of tourist-leaflets waiting for you to be read! There is a TV-set with SAT-TV,a USB-Modem for your Laptop, a DVD-Player, a radio,a very huge cupboard for all your luggage, several games and books to be used. If you stay longer you will get help for your laundry.(extra charge) If you need a ride from the airport or station its possible to be picked up!(extra charge) "
