" Situated in the heart of Kissimmee, our beautiful 3- bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in Windward Cay has its own heatable private swimming pool. Enjoy the “best of both worlds”. The villa is in a relaxed, tranquil setting and yet is only minutes away from Highway 192 (Road to Disney) with its vast choice of shops, restaurants and entertainment.The Disney Theme Parks are less than 10 minutes away. Your private pool is fully screened and backs onto a peaceful wooded area. It has all the normal furniture for outside dining or just drinks by the pool. It also has an underwater pool light for evening usage after a long enjoyable day at the theme parks. Pool heating is available as an optional extra at £85 per week. The childrens bedroom has been decorated in the Winnie the Pooh theme and has a triple bunk bed plus single bed, sleeping 4 easily A colour television connected to the cable network is provided in the lounge along with a DVD player. The Villa is luxuriously decorated and is of course air conditioned. Additional ceiling fans are provided in the lounge and Master bedroom. Games room with full size pool table, table tennis table and football table. An ideal villa in an ideal location. "

"The house was spotlessly clean and has all the mod cons available. Situated in a nice quiet street but very close to lots of shops and restaurants. The pool was lovely and because it was covered we were able to enjoy bug free bathing in the evenings (perfect after a long day at the parks). The information and advice and booking service was also excellent and much appreciated."

"Thank for Renting your Lovely villa to us at such Short notice... you were very understanding.. It is a fantastice villa to stay in with everything in it that we needed... the pool area is soooo nice... I think the lani was ideal when a little shade was need to cool down.. It was nice to see the diffrent birds while sitting on the decking area."
