" Ideally located at junction of Highway 27 and 192, 10 mins from Animal Kingdom, across road from large Walmart, 1/2 mile to Publix and Winn Dixie supermarkets. All restaurants etc on 192 close by. Golf approx 2 miles and dozens of courses in area, catering for all abilities and budgets. As we have visited the area several times, we are in an excellent position to advise our guests on how to make the most of the whole Florida experience Luxury 4 bed / 3 bath detached villa with private heated pool / spa broadband and games room on High Grove Gated Community, 10 mins from Disney. The villa is easy to find and situated at the junction of the 192 and Highway 27. It is ideally located for the theme parks, golf and the whole Florida experience. King size en-suite bedroom with 6’ bed, Queen Size en-suite bedroom with 5’ bed, both with direct access to pool area. 2 twin rooms sharing 'Jack and Jill' en-suite bathroom. Lounge with double sofabed, cable TV, DVD, selection of books and games. FREE broadband internet connection. FREE phone calls to USA and Canada. Kitchen with washing machine, drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave etc. etc. Games room with pool table, air hockey, table tennis, fusball (table football)and darts. Clubhouse with FREE wifi broadband internet access, pool table, fusball, large plasma TV, fitness room, large pool, spa etc etc. There is now a selection of arcade games in the club house. It’s a great place for adults and kids alike to meet new friends. For added security, this is a gated community. "

" As an additional service to our guests, we can advise on activities beyond the traditional theme parks. These include swimming with manatees, canoeing through natural forests where you will see 'gators and vultures in their natural environments (Not Disney animals!), tickets for baseball, water skiing/wakeboarding, fishing and BBQs, golf and state parks etc. These activities are not expensive. Also, we are not on commission from anyone, it's just an extra service that some guests have found helpful. "The villa is on a very quiet community. There are great facilities and the location is spot on. Easy to get to Disney and it is great having so many local shops and restaurants etc. The owners sorted everything out before we went and the management company were really helpful when we were there. Particularly enjoyed games room and pool. Will certainly come here again on our next visit. Can''t wait!"

"We had an ecxellent stay in this villa. It was big enough for all of us, clean and in a very quiet community. Everything was perfect. Also the documentation we received from the owner was excellent. If I would go again, I would rent the same villa. This is the one to go to in Orlando!"

"house, agent and owner were all excellent. The agent Kerry and Wendy went out of their way to assist. The address is very close to all the Disney parks 10-15 minutes drive. Very close to Walmart 2 minutes and Publix 3 minutes drive. Good restaurants very close 1-15 minitues drive." House very nice and air-con, with great pool for a cooling swim after being at the parks! The gated community was very quiet and safe. Would rent again!!

"Heerlijk grote villa, mooie slaapkamers en badkamers. Grote speelgarage waar door de kinderen gebruik van gemaakt is, alleen jammer dat het er zo verschrikkelijk warm is in de garage. Goed onderhouden zwembad. Compleet huis met alles wat men nodig heeft om het comfortabel te maken. Goede ligging nabij de Disney parken."
